Request a Status Certificate 

  • Any status request made over the weekend (after 4:00 PM on a Friday) or on a Statutory Holiday will be considered to be received at 9:00 AM the next business day and processed accordingly.
  • Please make Certified Cheques and Money Orders payable to "Brock Property Management Inc.". 
  • Personal cheques will not be accepted.
  • In accordance with the Condominium Act, our office has 10 days to produce the status certificate package upon receipt of a

    written request and payment. Once the package is completed we will contact you. 

  • Please be advised that your lawyer is required to provide us with a legal ownership change upon the closing of the unit.

  • The status certificate is a document, as per Section 76 of the Ontario Condo Act, that provides basic and essential information concerning the financial status of a unit and of the condo corporation.

  • A status certificate contains pertinent information about the individual condominium unit. Among other things, the certificate would indicate if the current unit owner is in default of paying the monthly common expenses if an increase in the common expenses has been declared by the condominium board and the amount in the reserve fund.
